  • Harrisburg Medical Center is proud to bring Country Music Artist & Former American Idol contestant Josh Gracin to the Marion Cultural and Civic Center on Saturday, September 9th at 7:00 PM for our first ever “Rockin’ for the Health of It!” benefit concert.

Following his run on the series and the completion of his military service (he was honorably discharged in 2004), Josh Gracin released his self-titled debut album in June 2004. Combining substantive lyrics about the realities of everyday life with the soulful vocal style that has always been at the heart of his artistry, the album was RIAA-certified gold and spawned three top five singles including “Nothing to Lose”, “I Want to Live”, “Stay With Me (Brass Bed)”, and “Favorite State of Mind”.

Opening for Josh Gracin will be local duo from Harrisburg, IL, Zola Road.

Harrisburg Medical Center Foundation was established in 2001. The Foundation raises and provides funds to further the mission of Harrisburg Medical Center. Harrisburg Medical Center is an award-winning, non-profit hospital that serves approximately 54,000 people in five counties. HMC’s Mulberry Center is the only non-state operated mental health facility in Southern Illinois. We are currently raising funds to aid in the hospital’s expansion project. This project will allow the hospital to add more surgical suites which will allow us to offer more services, add more rooms to our mental health department, and enlarge our Emergency Room department to name a few.

The Harrisburg Medical Center Foundation would like to thank you for your support of our “Rockin’ For the Health of It” Benefit Concert.
